DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
DELIVERIES
When you check out your shopping cart, you will be shown the shipping areas, available delivery methods, and delivery times and costs.
For home deliveries, you will receive a delivery confirmation email (sent as soon as your purchase leaves our warehouse).
You may be contacted by the carrier via text message or email to inform you of the delivery of your order.
RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to make a return.
Returns must be requested via the website, in your reserved area, or using the link you received when you placed your order.
Returns will only be accepted for items in perfect packaging and accessories.
Delivery of the product will be at the customer's expense, and the return address will be provided with the return authorization. Upon receipt of the return, if accepted, the value of your return will be credited to a voucher, which will be automatically processed and available in the reserved area for future use.
We do not accept cash refunds.
NOTES:
If the return is accepted, no shipping costs will be credited.
Returns of certain items will not be accepted, such as (electronic modules/boards, TV mounts, refrigerator water filters, vacuum cleaner filters and accessories, batteries, LCD TVs, refrigerator accessories (shelves and drawers), among others that may be specifically listed in the product specifications).
CANCELLING AN ORDER NOT SHIPPED:
If your order is in process and has not been shipped, please contact us via email at comercial@ctdi.pt or via Live Chat, stating your intention to cancel the order and mentioning the order number. If the order has already been paid, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 days.
GENERAL ASPECTS
Use of the Website automatically confers the status of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions included in the Terms and Conditions, in the version in effect at the time you access the Website. If you do not fully accept any of the terms and conditions, you should not access or use our Website.
