Deliveries and Returns
RETURNS
You have 14 days, counted from the date the order is received, to make a return.
Returns must be requested via the website, in your account area, or by using the link you received when you placed the order.
Returns will only be accepted for items in perfect condition, with their original packaging, as well as all accessories.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; the return address will be provided in the return authorization.
Upon receipt and acceptance of the return, the amount will be credited as a voucher, processed automatically and made available in your account area for future use.
We do not issue cash refunds.
NOTES:
-If the return is accepted, no transport/shipping costs will be credited;
- Returns will not be accepted for certain items, such as (for example): modules/electronic boards, TV wall mounts, refrigerator water filters, vacuum filters and accessories, batteries, TV LCD screens, refrigerator accessories (shelves and drawers), among others that may be specifically mentioned on the product page;
CANCELLATION OF A NON-SHIPPED ORDER:
If your order is being processed and has not yet been shipped, please contact us at comercial@ctdi.pt or via Live Chat, stating your intention to cancel and including the order number. If the order has already been paid, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.
